Exporting a large Production (fix/mod in 10.3.1)

Hi Mike

Just a minor issue, now that video cues are possible, the file sizes for a production are greatly increased. I have found that exporting a production can leave the display in what looks like a "frozen" state until SCS finishes the export. (a couple of videos > 40Mb will do it)

SCS still great.

Status line added in 10.3.1, showing files being copied (if applicable), and sets mouse pointer to 'busy'.
