Can't figure this one out. Looped tracks which are panned to one side only play correctly first time but on the first loop jump to both speakers, then jump back to one side for the second loop, then to both, and so on.
eg Telephone bell looped and panned to left speaker only
First ring goes to left speaker
Second ring to both speakers
Third ring to left speaker
Fourth ring to both speakers
.... etc
Can anyone help with this one?

Re: Loops in 10.1.0
This is a bug in the loop processing. For looped cues SCS 10 opens the file twice and switches between the files for each iteration of the loop. This approach facilitates cross-fading the loop as during the cross-fade SCS is playing from two parts of the file simultaneously. The bug is that the pan setting appears to have been set only on the first file opened.
I'll work on a fix for this. Meanwhile, there is a workaround and that is to add a Level Change subcue with the required pan. This is because the Level Change subcue does affect both files. For example:
Q1 (1st subcue): Audio File: Telephone ring, pan left, looped.
Q1 (2nd subcue): Level Change: Select Q1, pan left, duration=0.00
Now the cue will play to the left output on all iterations of the loop.

Thanks Mike. Great response as usual. Tried the workaround and all is well.
