logo image disappearing

Hi All
Running 11.10.7 for a show.
I have a static image which is set as the "logo". We call it the "holding Slide"
The following cues are a combination of audio, image and video files.
When the show runs in cue (linear) order, there is no problem and cues and images play as expected. HOWEVER if "STOP ALL" is sent from either the laptop or the remote APP, then sometimes (not every time) we are left with a blank screen instead of the logo image.(Holding slide)
* How do I get the logo image to return if any of the playing cues are stopped manually?

Please email us the SCS log file from a run in which the logo image was NOT re-displayed after Stop All. Log files are created and saved in a folder named "SCS Logs" under "Documents". Email the file to support@showcuesystems.com.
