Hi,
I know this is a real 'doh' question but it still needs to be asked.
How can one quickly change the volume of a music track on the fly once it is discovered it is too different to the rest of the tracks.
Thanks

How to change volume of audio MP3 in Edit
Re: How to change volume of audio MP3 in Edit
You can drag the volume slider shown on the right hand side of the playing cue in the lower cue panel window to a more appriate level then click on 'Save Settings' in the main window toolbar and 'Save Setting <cue>' or 'Save Level/Pan for all above cues' (shortcut shift F10).

Re: How to change volume of audio MP3 in Edit
I use a BCF2000 and with the latest release that can be set to alter the volumes of the current running cue rather than the devices (set it to Pre-set C).
Normally though I would try and group my sound cues together and put them out to the same device. So for instance all my soundscaping for the storm. Then then I can quickly adjust the volume via the BCF if when it is playing I find volume is too loud and perhaps the actors can't get over it.
Hope that helps.
Phil.
