DMX Master Fader

Hi there...
I'm have SCS Professional Plus version 11.10.2 (x64) and am running a show with DMX so have Enttec DMX USB Pro Mk2 hooked up for some lighting control etc. All is well only I can't seem to see/find any way of getting the DMX master fader available when I 'show faders'. Just have the audio output gains and audio master. Nothing under setup that I can see. Can't see anything in 'production properties' either. I'm sure I'm missing something. It would just be nice to have a DMX master overide for any global lighting tweaks on the fly etc. Can anyone help here?

If you have a DMX lighting device specified then you should be able to see the DMX Master Fader in the Faders window. Please email me the log file from a run in which you used 'Show Faders'. Log files are created and saved in a folder named "SCS Logs" under "Documents", and the name of each file includes a time-stamp indicating when the log started. Email the file to support@showcuesystems.com.

Hi Mike,

Just had a thought before I send anything...
I'm using wireless DMX. Sooo, wondered if that might be related to why I'm not seeing dmx faders? Just a wild shot. My set up is: pc - enttec pro - di-fi transmitter (then through the infinite to wireless dmx fixtures). Just a thought...

Wireless DMX shouldn't affect this.

Hi, using wireless DMX will not affect SCS, I have used it for many years on mny productions.
