[In 11.10.0] 11.9. Beta & The Korg nanoKONTROL2

Post by PhilVale » Mon Jan 15, 2024 8:23 pm

So am I reading this correctly?

In the Recent Changes there is inclusion for use of nanoKONTROL2. This includes "The Korg nanoKONTROL2 can now also be used for controlling SCS Faders."

To me it reads that using the nanoKONTROL we can control the levels of the actually playing cue (rather that the faders of the ouput device it goes to). Is that the case and if that's the case can that be implemented as a possible option for BCF2000 as well?

SCS 11.10.0 is very close to being released, but we should be able to include your request (for both BCF2000 and BCR2000) in 11.10.1, and I will be able to provide you with a pre-release of that version when the change is included. It's a bit more complicated than the NK2 as the BCF has motorized faders - which, of course, is a good point!

Excellent,

Thanks Mike and apologies for using wrong release n umber.

I was expecting anything in 11.10 at this stage unless it was dead easy, which with motorised faders I can see introduces a level of complexity.

If you can keep me in mind when there's a 11.10.1 Beta happy to have a closer look.

Phil.
