Import of ETC-files

Did anyone successfully import an ETC-Showfile? I was working in a theater with a Congo Kid and exported the showfile (with the extension csf and not csv) and the ascii-file. Both of them came up with a "No cues found" message. I can post both files if that could be of any help.
