Connecting with Ion Lighting board - Corrupt Packet

Post by SPTC » Wed Oct 20, 2021 12:01 pm

I am running SCS 11.8.5 Pro+ and am trying to send cues to an Ion lighting board. The connection is being made, but when I send a command nothing happens and the Ion Diagnostics gives an error message that the packet is corrupt, the size is too large (see picture). After that future messages are ignored or don't arrive until the connection is reset. I have tried this with multiple commands including /eos/ping but the results are always the same. Any suggestions?

A log file will have been created and saved in a folder named "SCS Logs" under "Documents", and the name of the file includes a time-stamp indicating when the log started. Please email me the log file from a run in which this happened.
