It's 18 months since I used the software. There's an Xmas show coming up, and I've forgotten how to do things.
I'm trying to get images to project. The projector's workking fine - it's showing what's on the computer screen - but I cant get the image to show when cued. Are there things I should do in the settings of the Windows 10 software to get it to work? It doesn't work on previous shows either, suggesting it's my settings in the computer that are wrong? Any useful advice please.
I'm on version 11.8.2.2.
Many thanks.

Re: Getting images and videos to work
You need to set the projector as an extension of the Windows desktop.
To do this, right-click on the Windows desktop and select Display Settings. This will show an image represention of your displays, and this probably shows the two displays as a single box with a vertical bar between them. Click on that image and then under 'Multiple Displays' select 'Extend desktop to this display' (or words to that effect).
