Hello,
I have been playing around with the demo version of this software for 3 days now and will purchase shortly once I figure out which licence level will suit me best. I particularly like how it links up with my X32 Compact mixer.
A couple of quick questions / comments - maybe I am missing a setting somewhere or something.
1. Is it possible to display the audio waveform for video files when they are playing?
2. When using FADE ALL (Shift + Esc) to stop a video, the image fades away nicely, but the audio just seems to stop abruptly. Not a really a major issue.
3. When programming the Cue Control Commands for the X32 Compact, 7 buttons (C1-C7) are listed for various functions, but there is no button for FADE ALL function. Am I able to implement that?
Many Thanks, Brendan

Re: New User Questions
No. sorry.
I'll look into that - it seems like a bug.2. When using FADE ALL (Shift + Esc) to stop a video, the image fades away nicely, but the audio just seems to stop abruptly. Not a really a major issue.
This will be included in SCS 11.8.5.3. When programming the Cue Control Commands for the X32 Compact, 7 buttons (C1-C7) are listed for various functions, but there is no button for FADE ALL function. Am I able to implement that?
Re: New User Questions
Great - thanks for the prompt reply.
Everything else is humming along nicely, finding out more as I go.
This will make my life so much easier. Everyone wants projected backdrops these days. Previously I have only ever used Multiplay for the audio cues and PowerPoint for the visuals, usually on two different laptops. Of course, it only takes a momentary concentration lapse to push the wrong spacebar!
Was also interested to see a comment somewhere along the line about opening and closing mic's in a future release. We recently did a school production with 18 headset mic's on and off stage - quite a nightmare trying to keep track. As soon as they leave the stage, the kids can't help chatting among themselves - arrgh!

Re: New User Questions
Another query.
Testing the demo software, I only seem to be able to set up one (1) Control Send Device and one (1) Control Cue device. Trying to setup network command cues to fire off Snippets on an X32 as well as Midi commands to some lighting software on another PC. Each works in isolation, but I can't seem to see how to set up more than one device as would appear to be possible in the documentation (refer to sections on Control Send Devices). Is this a limitation of the demo software.

Re: New User Questions
Yes, that is a limitation of the demo. It enables you to test Control Send functionality but does not support multiple devices.
The number of Control Send devices supported for each license level are:
