Hi
I'm having some problems running our show on SCS. Basically sometimes it plays a track then doesn’t move forward to standby for the next track, just stays on the one it’s on.
Sometimes it does move forward and is standing by, but when you press play it jumps back to a stem of another track - this is random and not necessarily a stem of the previous track
And sometimes it finishes a track and then standbys a completely random track within the que stack!
All a bit random. I’m basically having to watch it constantly and load it into the correct track at least once/twice a show.
Any advice and support most welcome!!

Re: skipping cues and cues not running
A log file will have been created and saved in a folder named "SCS Logs" under "Documents", and the name of the file includes a time-stamp indicating when the log started. Please email me the log file from a run in which something incorrect happened, and tell me what the problems were and which cues were involved.
Re: skipping cues and cues not running
Whilst Mike waits to interpret your log file, a couple of points occur to me. When you mention "press play", you are hitting the 'Go' button (top left of screen) or the space bar aren't you, not just the play button under the individual track? (Others have done it).
When SCS misbehaves, it's worth trying an over-the-top reinstallation in case it has become corrupted.

Re: skipping cues and cues not running
Thanks Mike, I’ve emailed you the log. Just to confirm that we’re firing cues by pressing space bar.
