I'm putting together the playlist for an awards show I'm doing next week and strangely I'm having trouble displaying images for the event.
They're just 1920x1080 jpg files, but for the life of me, I can't get them to display...
Neither will any png files.
I did also try them in QLab and that works fine (although I have a love/hate relationship with Apple devices so I'd rather not use it).
I'm exporting them from Affinity Photo as my main machine doesn't have any Adobe software on it.,
Strangely, all the pictures I've been sent of the nominees work fine.
What flavour of jpg files does SCS prefer?..
Additionally, if I've got pairs of images/audio files for each award (3 nominees per award), then is that best done as a sub-playlist? As in if we want to re-order when each award is presented, would that be the easiest option?

A log file will have been created and saved in a folder named "SCS Logs" under "Documents", and the name of the file includes a time-stamp indicating when the log started. Please email me a relevant log file, and also at least two of the image files that fail to display.
