I Used the android remote app on my phone for a new years eve function and it worked a treat, I clipped it to my mic stand so I didn't have to go back to the computer,it was solid as a rock and I was using a cheap USB router thanks Mike

That's good to know, but to give credit where credit is due, the Android App was designed and written by Simone Guisti - see this Forum topic: SCSRemote. I just needed to make a few changes to SCS to provide the necessary interface data.
