lx = lights?
If lx means lights, then no we did not choose to run the lights from SCS for this show, although it would have been nice for the timed sequences -- I did not have time to test that out and also we were a little nervous tying the entire show into a single system with no backup. I am also just taking ...

The entire first act is vignettes from his life with very...

Settings
I will have to confirm the actual settings tonight, but the only setting I have changed from default is below. It was skipping, looping track with both buffers set to 500ms -- usual problem, a cue would skip or loop if the system had sat for 5-10min. For Sunday's performance I made the following cha...

iGO Power supply
The problem may lie in the power supply, not the laptop. You may want to try a different power supply such as the iGO and see if that solves the problem. There was a discusion about this on the Theater Sound mail-list -- problems with "cheap" power supplies.

Soundblaster Audigy 2 ZS Laptop
just purchased Pro, but then found out that my new Soundblaster Audigy 2 ZS Laptop does not work. Same problem as has been referenced before - sound in front channels but no where else. I would be gals to test anything for you -- if there is not a quick fix, I will have to return the sound card and ...
