we run ito following problem:
When trying to send MSC, the transmitted command format is always set to 00H, changing and sving is not possible. Problem exists since at least 11.9.0rc7, 11.8.5 works fine.

we just run into following problem with 11.9.0. while entering MSC into a control send cue: The value for command format is not recognized and one can not enter cue numbers because the field for the cue number does not appear.

I don't know the Viewsonic projector. We use EIKI in our theatre. These projectors are recognised by Windows and SCS as present, if they are in standby mode, so that powering up and down by SCS works fine via PJNet. May be it's the same with Your projector.

From Your saved mp4, rip off the audio track using XMedia Recode and save it to wave format. Load it in Your favourite audio editor for adjustig start and end points, EQing or whatever. Then load into SCS.
