Well, it is more expensive than I was hoping. The FA-101 can be bought for $379 (US). The Motu is about $200 more. Except for that, it looks really great. But, can it play multipe channel WAV files from WMP? Anything I buy will need to do this.

Edirol FA-101
Hello. I am planning on purschasing an Edirol FA-101 sound interface. I want to use it with SCS and another application. This other application uses Windows Media Player APIs to play music. I was wondering if anybody knows or can test that WMP is able to play multiple channel audio files through the...

Re: Multiple Channel Output Devices
Well, this may not be of any halp, but you can use any device that Windows supports. I purchased a Creative Sound Blaster, and would not do that again. I will be switching to a Firewire interface.

When I got to the theater to write cues, after a little bit of work Windows gave me the "SCS has encountered an error and needs to close" dialog. This happened a couple of times. Also, I have three devices defined in the production...

Trouble Adding devices

What I mean by that is in the production options screen, I am trying to specify House and OSR as devices using speaker selecti...

Panning (in 10.1.0)
I would like that ability to pan a cue when a stereo speaker pair is selected.
