Re: USB Control Buttons

Matt Mckenzies SFXJOY utility will get you from a gameport device to midi http://www.mckenzie-electronics.com

you may then need to install something like Midi-Ox's Midi Yoke to route this into SCS http://www.midiox.com/

Hope this helps, Peter

Midi Timecode and Midi Machine Control

Re: sync on two computer and RS-232C support (part in 10.2.0)

You can already do this via midi.
If you set the midi control method to custom under the Midi Devices & Control tab in the options panel you can map whatever midi commands you want in order to sync two machines.

Re: Using joystick port for controlling SCS

One thing I should have mentioned is you will also need to download something like http://www.midiox.com/index.htm?http:// ... /myoke.htm to act as an internal midi port in order to route the signal from sfx joy to SCS.

under downloads is a free Joystick to midi application (SFXJOY1v111) that should do what your after.

9.27 Instalation problem

Hi Mike, I have just downloaded the 9.27 update and installed it and now SCS fails to open at all,
The splash screen appears for a split second and then nothing.
The same thing happened when i tried to install the all executables file.

Is it just me or is there a problem with the downloads?

Peter
