Hi Hornett ... thanks for the suggestion - tried reducing acceleration with no success ... fyi this is on a desktop pc with dual output video card.

I'm running ver 10.1.2 but having issues with video files. When configured for a single screen, the .avi file runs fine in the preview window and also in the editor test window. When I configure for two screens ( which is how I normally run my desktop), I see no preview window on the main cue list.T...

Tried again with the Creative USB on Version 9, still the same issue. Irresepctive of which output pair is selected, I can only get an output from the "Front" pair.

Tried plugging in a Creative Labs USB Sound Blaster unit but was unable to successfully "address" each of the 6 channels available on the 5.1 outputs the unit provides.
