Just purchased a Foscusrite Scarlett 2i2 USB interface, it's only 2 in and 2 out, but perfect for my needs.

Installed and working, no issues for SCS playback.

Re: SCS 9.4.6 at 1680x1050 screen resolution
Mike,
Don't forget the scalling to be able to go the other way - i.e. for smaller screens! hint - 800x480!
Cheers!

Re: Using a ASUS EEE P for back-up and rehearsal PC
Thanks Mike - I thought you might say that! But lugging a monitor to the theatre is not really an option! Here in Hong Kong, the theatres are fully equipped, but the rehearsal spaces tend not to be, so I was looking for a small system to throw into my rucksack for rehearsal, along with a small batte...

Re: Can you make the bottom half of main screen scrollable.
I echo this request - it would help with using SCS on screens smaller than 1024x768.

Re: auto cue numbering
I use 'P' labels rather than 'Q' labels, and then the number refers to the script page number that cue falls on. If there are multiple cues on the same page in the script then I use point numbers -P54.2, P54.3 etc. This allows you to easily see how long to 'rest' before the next sound cue. Certainly...

Using a ASUS EEE P for back-up and rehearsal PC
I had a great idea to use a Asus EEE PC as a back up and rehearsal SCS PC, and as I am lucky enough to be in the mecca of cheap computer goods (No VAT and plentiful supply) I took the plunge and got an EEE. I've loaded XP, and all the usual programs I like, and the idea is to keep the sound files on...

I was aware of the 'focus' as it had caught me out in the theatre before, so I was clicking all over the panel, it was defintely focussed. I even ran the same setup on the home PC, which was fine. It was most puzzling. I do not recall the dotted line though. All I can think is the laptop had got int...

Sorry, didn't say - it's version 9.3.6. and it worked fine with the last show. OK, one more thing, I've just reloaded the last show, and that now doesn't work on the space bar either. So I have altered some setting somewhere that affects the keyboard. It works OK in notepad, so i am stumped. Any ide...

Space bar problem
This is a very weird and annoying problem. I have a set up PC at home, and a travel laptop to take to the theatre. I have set up a new show at home, got it just as I want it, transfer to the laptop, and wham! The space bar activation of cue on the laptop doesn't work! All the settings are identical,...

I have succesfully used SCS in a production in Hong Kong, and everything went well, even last minutes changes requested by the director. After thinking about back-up, I was orginally going to revert to the original CDs, but as the show grew in complexity I realised that going to computer control mea...
