Fernando, the Richmond Sound Design looks like real quality stuff, but I think we would like to find a less expensive solution if possible. After snooping around the internet, I found a piece of software called MIDIoverLAN CP, made by MusicLAB (http://www.musiclab.com/products/rpl_info.htm). I'm not...

Experience with MIDIoverLAN CP?
I came across this piece of software that claims to be a solution for avoiding midi interface hardware. It is called MIDIoverLAN CP by MusicLAB (http://www.musiclab.com/products/rpl_info.htm). Although this software would not be useful for interfacing with traditional midi devices, it would be great...

Syncing audio with video
Hi, I work at a high school that puts on theater productions that have Audio/Video tightly integrated with live actors. For example, in their most recent production, the actors interacted with characters who were pre-recorded and projected on screen. Up until now, we have used tape decks to output t...

I...

It turns out that the 24 bit files were causing SCS to crash. 16 bit worked fine. I'm not sure why.
-EDIT-
24 bit files successfully import now. I think it works because we changed the Audio driver options in SCS (suggested in this thread http://www.soundcuesystem.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=586)

WMA surround sound file crashes SCS
I exported a 5.1 channel WMA file from Adobe Audition 2.0. Then, when I tried to import the WMA into SCS, it crashes Sound Cue. The message reads "Sound Cue System has encountered a problem and needs to close..." Does SCS support WMA surround sound, or is the crash because of our setup? We're using ...
