Same problem here, After upgrading theater SCS from 11.4 to 11.6.1 all video/image cues starts to ignore position and size settings. Image cues can be moved, resize is not working. Video cues ignore all settings except aspect ratio. Plus resize slider is inverted (up to shrink, down to enlarge). Aft...
