Hi Mike.
I did try External (Toggle) and that didn't work either...

Using Midi note on/off to activate hot keys
I have a show that has several hot key (toggle) sound bytes. I'd like to be able to activate these using the note on/off pads on my Akai MPD32 as opposed to using the computer keyboard. I tried doing this by creating a hot key toggle cue, assigning the hot key and then entered a value in the midi/dm...

Re: Akai MPD32 as a supported control surface
Hi Mike, I just wanted to let you know that using the custom option with control change data worked perfectly. Aside from the master level I was able to add a couple other commands such as pause/resume and go to top as well. My pads still work for going to specific cues using Note on commands too so...

Re: Akai MPD32 as a supported control surface
Thanks for your quick reply Mike. No, the faders are not motorized. They are manual and send control change data. The knobs are not motorized either, however they are "endless" encoders and not just pots. They send control change data as well. The buttons (aside from the pads which can send note and...

Akai MPD32 as a supported control surface
Hello, I just stared using SCSI (v. 11.3.8 ) and love it! I have an Akai MPD32 running MIDI over USB that I have setup for transport control (play, stop, advance cue and previous cue) as well as it's trigger pads to go directly to a specific cue (up to 64). This arrangement is working great but it w...
