SCS losing track of currentcue.
We're doing sister act. Having some problems in second act. MTI combined 3 songs into a single track plus a tag, about 6 minutes long. During this 6 minutes there are gun shots that I have doubled with my own effect to a speaker next to a performer, plus I have cues that control the volume of the mu...

Monty Python style graphics
We're doing Spamalot this summer, any way to do the Monty Python style graphics would be helpful. Like the foot squashing something or the flying machine pulling a banner?

[In 11.9.6] Minimum cue list window height
I have on a couple of occasions accidentally dragged the horizontal bar below the cue list up to the top. I'd like to suggest that the column header size or maybe some reasonable number like 10 be the minimum size. That way I'll immediately know what happened to my cues.

11.8.5 and A&H QU32
Hi Mike, You have made the QU-32 infinitely easier to use. Since getting the new version of SCS I go entire shows without touching the sound board. I've brought in complete neophytes to run sound for a show and all they have to do is just go down the list, Mics turn off and on, volumes get changed, ...

Panning problem
I've been having problems with pan for awhile. Namely, when I set up cues at home pan works fine, when I copy the cue list to the theatre and add the QU32 device, pan goes screwy. 1. No pan envelope line in the editor level curve display. No pan envelope for any cues or any audios. 2. If I add ...

[Fix 11.9.0] Problem capturing MIDI from QU-32
I have been using SCS to control the A&H QU-31 for some time now, and I lately I have been capturing the commands from the QU-32. In the latest version 11.8.5 I can no longer capture NPRN. Two things are happening, it acts as if it is constantly transferring the MIDI NPRN form to the current control...

[Resolved] Callable Video and Sound Cues
In our current show I had a bunch of slides. So I set them up as a Series of Callable cues at the end of the cue list. This worked fine except in instances when the video cue is called in one cue and stopped a few cues later. What happens is when the video is stopped the original cue that started th...

Arguments for Call Cues
I have about 50 callable cues I use to control our QU-32 sound board. Most of these are mutes but I've begun to add some fader settings, for mics. It would be really nice if instead of a number in the MIDI control panel one could put in say $1 for the first argument in the call from cue. This way I ...

Website problem
I find that I can't purchase an update plan, or send an email. Purchases get denied by merchant and email gets a 404 error.

Re: Video size and position
With the 11.8.1.2 version, I can change the video sizes. However, I have to change the size in the editor, and exit the editor and play the video. Playing the video in the editor always plays to old size/position. However, this version did something to "cancel" . If you cancel anything, like startin...

Re: Video size and position
This is embarrassing, when I tried to install the latest version of SCS last month at the theatre, I found our internet access was down, and intended to upgrade later. But never got a round toit. I upgraded my home system and low and behold the video seems to work with 11.8.1.2 and reinstalling all ...

Re: Video size and position
Hi Mike, I created a new blank production with only a single video cue in it. Changed the size. and only the first image changed. I then changed the video driver to default and restarted the system. And there was no change. The actual projector is attached to a dvi...jpeg...cat5...jpeg...projector c...

[Fix 11.8.3] Video size and position
While I've done a lot of shows with images, this is my first using a video. I find that the image size and location only really effect the first frame. Then it switches back to 100% and the default position. I've tried all the video settings, and changing some of the LAV filter settings. But these s...

Re: Configuring MIDI to a Cognito 2
Thanks for the reply.
Once all the cues were programmed I only needed MIDI out. Never did get a MIDI adapter to run full duplex. But the show ran fine, and only one tech was needed for both sound and light cues.
