Hi, I am trying to control zoom/focus of a hd cam via LANC. i have a usb serial adapter for lanc control, and windows device manager sees it as com4. i have enabled com#4 in scs, and setup the baud rate/parity etc as the usb lanc dongle has described. This may be a simple/silly thing, but i'm no noob and can't sort it out! when you send a note on command from scs, is it held until the note off?
