[Fix 11.8.3.3] 11.8.3.2 Bug? Autostart cue doesn't

A basic show file that I use regularly stopped working properly. The problem was a simple 'Auto Start after End of Previous Cue' audio cue refused to ... auto start!. I spent ages trying to debug and tweak it to get it to work, but then I remembered I had updated to 11.8.3.2 - I reverted to 11.8.3.1...

Re: Cue list font scales with window size.

This has always been the case ever since I've been using SCS in 2011, and I've had it on several laptops and 2 desktops (all mine!!) running various flavours of Win XP, Seven, Eight, Ten etc(?). It used to do my swede in, but I have learned to live with it - I just run it full screen. You kno...

[Fix 11.7.0] Bug? with SCS Editor (11.7.RC)

With RC5, I noticed that when I edited the 'CUE' field, the text in the 'Description' field always got overwritten by the contents of the 'Description' field of the last cue in the cue list! <EDIT> I have looked at this again and I realise that when I navigate away - and then back to the cue i...

Re: Mask over video

I vote for this idea.
A multi-line mask could be useful too.

Mask over video

It would be nice if it was possible to have a mask over a video clip. A scenario has occurred several times in the past and now again where videos have been made for our pantos that are to be projected onto a gauze in the *non-rectangular* proscenium opening. Currently, I am simply making a black an...

WORKAROUND - Scaling Issues on Higher-Resolution Monitors

Mike is aware of the issue of the font scaling issues and is planning to look into the matter in due course. In the meantime, there is something that can be done as a workaround. :D I have just treated myself to a Microsoft Surface Book which has a UHD screen (3000v2000 pixels). SCS11 has trouble wi...

Set them as <Cue>, not <Sub-Cue> :)

Re: Touch Screen Glich

A long touch on a touch screen on most devices is the equivalent of a right-click, so you must click the checkbox "Disable right click activating the 'Go' button" in Options/Shortcuts.
IMHO it should be disabled by default on any system!

[Fix 11.4.2] Placeholder error

(Using 11.4..2.rc.) I tried using the placeholder function by inserting nothing in an audio cue, but got a validation error:<Loop start greater than end>

Re: Real-time clock

A little clock up there with the meters maybe?
Oh well, no one agrees with me :-(

I'm now using some 'time based' cues, I just thought it would be nice to have the PC clock displayed on SCS.

Re: Toggle activation faulty

Thanks for your reply Mike, Is it definitely 'toggle'? It was definitely a "toggle", But I did have a "Fade all other playing cues" subcue nestled within it which may have confused it a bit! I also had a hotkey on my numeric keypad for a 'slow fade out and stop' anyway so was not a problem. 2015-11-...

Toggle activation faulty

Today I wanted to fire an audio cue using "toggle" - hot key first to fire, then again to stop it (with a 4 second fade out)
it works the first time I hit it, but on subsequent goes, it just restarts the track instead of ending it.
