a little confused video newbe
I have never used video or pictures in SCS before I have used it for years for audio. I have installed 11.2.6 the video plays fine on second display but and where I am a little confused when I add an SFR cue to fade it only fades the audio and then stops the video abruply once audio fade is done. pe...

lock shows for all users.
first of all I wasnt sure if I should post this here or in the bata 11 but I suppose this is more a request than a bug report I havn't really tried it in earlier versions but I am guessing they work similarly but I just tested in version 11b2. Our theatre is an all volunteer run theatre with about 5...

outputs not syncronised creating echo effect sometimes.
From time to time when I play an audio cue that plays to multiple outputs there will be a delay or echo effect between them. I have 4 stereo output for 8 channels. in this case I am using just two stereo outputs FOH L-R and back L-R. there is a rough guess 100-200ms difference between each stereo ou...

note hotke and relese loop
I posted in the general area about ending a looping hotkey with release form loop. it this can be done by creating a second hotkey (toggle) that will release the loop and this works fine, but I was thinking that It would be nice to add an option to end a "note" type hotkey with release from loop jus...

Re: connecting computers running SCS
Thanks Mike
that was what I was thinking with separate cue files and using the master for sound effects but I just wanted to confirm that Midi was the right way to go.

releasing loops with hot keys
I was wondering if there is a way to make a hot-key loop end in this way. press the hot-key and it plays from start of the file then loops from a chosen start point to a chosen end point. then when I press the hot-key again it releases it from the loop continuing to play it from where it is to the e...

Re: ETC Eos Element and Midi
Thanks all for the input I pretty much used the setup that webman555 describes for the EOS for my Element. and it works perfect. we are in the third week of our run of "Cosi" and not a burp or any problems. my only change I would have made is when a sound and light cue are to take place at the same ...

auto play when opening audio file when adding cue
when you open an audio file when adding a cue or adding to a playlist it would be nice to have the option to autoplay when clicing on a file name rather than having to click the play button each time you select a file and want to preview it.

I am beginning to setup our booth with some great new equipment. most of which I am new with I am running a nice new computer with SCS pro with a echo 24/96 8 ch sound card.
