Show Cue System

Using 11.3.3 on laptop. random cues do not pre load so when I reach them they do not play. If I left click on a previous cue then left click on the cue i want it then loads and plays perfectly and accepts the right click command to play. Problem sorted ! It was self inflicted. The laptops internal speaker driver had been deleted by mistake. So when SCS could not see either the external usb speakers (Not connected) or the internal ones. it could offer me no options but to loop back. Many Thanks for the various suggestions - Peter Hill

Sorry - problem is not downloading the new data - that has been done - but accessing scs (with usb not conected) so that I can then tell it to load this data.

Sound is run at the theatre via external USB speakers. I have tried to load SCS at home as I wish to load a new show from my desktop (via a memory stick) I receive the message USB... not available and 3 options . 1) Try to initialise USb again - not possible as not here 2)close cue file 3)close SCS....
