Controlling SCS with Elgato Stream Deck
Hello! I know that there is a Companion profile that allows SCS to be controlled via an Elgato Stream Deck, but I tried it out and found it somewhat limited, and the buttons were limited to just text and background colours. I spent a couple of days working with the Stream Deck program and the Super ...

Re: Audio turns into electronic tone or buzz
We are using a Cakewalk UA-101 for our audio card and the computer is a newly built Intel Core i5 8th Gen processor with Windows 10 and the latest updates.
I will post more information about our system when I can. Right now we are in the middle of the show.

Audio turns into electronic tone or buzz
During the last two performances of our current show, a cue's audio has turned into an electronic tone or buzz. This has happened on a different cue each time and is not reproducible. This has never happened before with this particular computer. Any suggestions as to what I can check to ensure that ...

Re: Tempo Changes
Well, it had fallen by the wayside but I'll resurrect it. Most similar requests I've received are just for tempo control, but you mention pitch as well. Do you want to be able to adjust both tempo and pitch? I've just had a look at the SoundMan-Server (SM-S) documentation and SM-S has commands for ...

Re: Tempo Changes
Is this an idea that has fallen by the wayside? As a venue that does dozens of dance rectials and a multiude of "variety" type shows, having a Pictch Control would come as a godsend to me. I can't tell you the numer of times I have had to pull a file out ouf SCS so that I could edit the speed or pit...

[Fix 11.2.5] Channel Send Bug using Soundman Server
Hello! We were working on a show using Soundman Server for the first time, and noticed some very strange behaviours which led to us having to switch back to using BASS instead. Our show was very simple and just had two stereo outputs configured. One output was for main house right and left, and the ...

Re: Sudden Level Increase !!!!!!
I have EXACTLY the same issue! and I found out about it EXACTLY the same way. Changing the level of a cue causes the right channel to suddenly jump to peak and stay there!
This happened right after I upgraded to 10.9.3. Please address ASAP! I have downgraded until this issue is resolved.

Levels pin and stick in latest version (fix in 10.9.4)
I just upgraded to version 10.9.3 and I am having problems with the levels of certain cues suddenly jumping to peak and then staying there. Downgrading to version 10.7.7 seems to solve the problem.
I am using a Cakewalk UA-101 as a sound card with Windows XP.

DMX issues - USB PRO
I'm having an issue with 10.6.3 and my USB Pro. I can't get SCS to work with the USP Pro. SCS is seeing that I have a USB Pro to connect to, but when I select USB Pro and set my channels, apply the settings and click on the Test DMX button, I get a partial error pop-up just a box that says "DMX Open...

Re: MIDI Show Control with ETC Ion
Our Ion has no trouble receiving MSC commands from SCS. We were just playing around with it yesterday. What I was having trouble with was sending MIDI from the Ion to SCS, but decided that it was moot point because we now have the ability to send commands to SCS via DMX. As far as controlling the Io...

More on Keystroke. . .
The Keystroke product is actually quite flexible in that you can program the unit to respond with different keyboard commands based on the DMX level sent. eg. 10% to 15% could be a GO command, and 16% to 20% could be the "ESC" key and so on up to 100% You can set your ranges to any increment that yo...
