With conclusion to this post, I was indeed using the internal mixer which I think was the main cause of the problem. I am currently using the Saffire LE again, with the newer drivers (1.5) and 10.7.2 without the internal mixer and currently have no issues! So I can only blame my poor programming/kno...

The saffire LE is brand new for this show. However I have had runs on the show with no issues at all. I will look into why the saffire may not be working properly. On an aside, scs is showing an error with my video card for the first video cue, however it shows still images in the next few cues fine...

Ah yes, It could well be DRM protection. I tried using the Windows sample videos and it brought up the same error, but then with a different video of mine there were no issues. This was the same in my show's cue file and in a new cue file.
