Exactly. I think this would be the most convent place for it as this is topically when you encounter the the problem. Adding a couple of buttons to the warning of duplicate file names that then lets you rename individually or skip for manual intervention. This would add the functionality to all type...

Boswell I thought the same thing but I have all of the track pad helpers turned off due to poor implantation.
Mike I guess we chalk this up to one of the miseries of life.

File Rename
When resyncing the production folder oft times you end up with duplicate file names. This necessitates opening SCS to get the file name and location then explorer, navigating to the offending file, renaming then in SCS opening the cue and selecting the new file name. Is it possible to have a rename ...

Re: Self Scrolling Windows
Now that's a good thought.
All boxes are cleared except the notification section.
Ive seen this problem/feature with other software but I cant remember which one or what the resolution was. Could there be something in the code lib that produces this as some kind of feature for page navigation?

Re: Self Scrolling Windows
I first saw this a couple of times in 10.7 while designing the show and in 10.6.3 which I reverted to to run the show.
This is on a Toshiba laptop with an external mouse running fully up to date XP sp3.

Self Scrolling Windows
I've had this happen a couple of times and I am at a loss to explain how or why. In the player the top window will occasionally get into a self scrolling mode. This happens when I am using the scroll bar to move up or down. When I release the bar or the button the window will begin scrolling by its ...

Video Causes Editor Lockup
I have several videos that are causing unusual editor problems. When played in the editor they will play once but once you hit the stop button the file doesn't reload and the controls are greyed out. You need to select another cue and then reselect the one you want to pay again. Other files work jus...

Import File List Sort
Due to windows funkyness you cant be assured of the order of the files when you import a group of files. Is it possible to sort the file names before processing. This would at least let you use the file name to specify the order. A button could control the action.

Prodution Folder Cleanup
The Production Folder Sync feature is handy for keeping track of files from hither and yon. But it can get cluttered if you are changing out files frequently. Is it possible as part of the resync process that after importing files the directory is checked for unused files and those are moved to an "...

GoTo Loops
I'm having some trouble with loops created with the "goto" note cue. The setup is I have a music file cue. Followed by an "auto start" image cue that starts at 0 sec after the start of the music. This is followed by several more image cues creating a slide show. At the end of these I have a Note "go...
